What Causes Weakness Along With Nausea And Dizziness?
I have weakness, nausea, light headed and complete lost of appetite. I am completely stressed about work and bill and suffer from depression. are these symptoms brought on by my mental physic or could this be a major physical illness. The symptoms are here for over a month. I have lost 29 lbs in 9 months

Your symptoms could be psychologically brought but also could indicate a
disease that is also occurring. Both can occur simultaneously. You should see a doctor to do general blood tests to see if there is any hint of an underlying disease- e.g. diabetes ,,anemia ,thyroid problems, etc. Your doctor will know the general tests to do.
