What Causes Weakness And Fever After Getting A Flu Shot?

I got up to go to work this morning and had absolutely no strength. I started feeling Generalized weakness and skin achey, may have Low grade fever, no appetite... I took the flu shot about 3 wks ago but feel like I have the flu. Is that possible? Slept all day and have a bad headache. No congestion. A little queasy.

Flu vaccine side effects include fever,nausea,headache,muscle aches, but this does not mean that you got flu from vaccine course this is not true. These are only side effects, but there is also possible you may have taken flu during this time from another person and it takes time till vaccine boost your immune system. Take Acetaminophen for symptom relive and drink lots of fluids.
