Spine Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You should have the habit of some general conditioning exercises daily. Start with normal walking. Increase distance gradually over days and target is 4 km. When you are able to walk 4 km with ease then start brisk walking.

As far as medications are concerned, you need to message me privately and I will tell you some medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anuj Gupta,
