I have a soccer game every weekend in the morning no later than 10:00.I get up 20 minutes right before the game then go play. I sometimes fall ,it can be when I m sprinting at full speed, or when start to run after i land from jumping to hit a header.last week I sprinted like 15 yards trying to get the ball and i was running and falling at the same time. I sometimes feel the weakness coming from my calves. I need some advice please. I don t know if it is because I don t eat breakfast or something else.. Plz help, people always tell me that I fall for no reason.
