What Causes Weakness, breathing Difficulty And High Heart Rate?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I've been feeling week, shaky and out of breath. Sometimes when I'm standing it feels like my knees will buckle under me. I went to my hemotologist yesterday and the nurse and the dr said my heart rate was very high but didn't say what it was or if I should go to my OB. My OB is far away and always suggests I just go to the hospital but I don't want to unless I need to. Should I be concerned?

I am 21, 145lb and am anemic

In my opinion you should recheck your Hb and if it is ssme or decreased than previous report than consult your obstetrician for this. Anaemia can cause breathlessness, weakness, chest pain, tiredness, tachycardia etc. So take good hematinics and good healthy food. In pregnancy if Hb is low I would advice to undergo blood transfusion as this will help you and your child.
