What Causes Weight And Appetite Loss With Stomach Bloating?

COPD Patient, As of march unexplained weight loss, no apatite, feeling of fullness, loss 0ver 45 lbs in three months, depressed, worried, low platlets. recent red spots on legs, darker colored urine. cough, Nothing gastro related had test, Past heart history, 6 artery bypass, in 1995. 2009 valve replaced and valve repaired, Not diabetic. I have appointment with hematologist end of July, Don t want to wait that long for answers

Hi welcome to HCM.
Most of your symptoms can be related to underlying COPD.This can be controlled through antibiotics and supplemental oxygen.Low platelet count can be due to increased platelet destruction through the prosthetic valve.Review the valve status through the echocardiography.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
