What Causes Weight Gain After Quitting Smoking?

I stopped smoking 4 months ago and have put on 2 stones in weight. I am not overeating, and take a little excercise each day I also am extremely tired from the moment I get up even although I have had 8 hours sleep. I have no energy and feel emotionless

I encourage to continue with intensive exercises every day.Also go out with friends that you trust and make you happy.
