I am a 34 yr old single mother of 2 small children (7 and 2 yr old). Diagnosed withheart failure a weeks after giving birth to my son. Pacemaker/dfib since April 2009. I have always weighing about 145-150 lbs but after having children and taking meds for the first time in my life I have not only gained several lbs but can t get them off. I currently weigh 210 at 5 6 and can t seem to get the weight off. Low sodium is not helping the 30 min walk 7 days a wk shows little to no results. Any suggestions
