What Causes Weight Gain And Inability To Lose Weight?

hi doc my self vivek m/24 my problem is i am gaining extra weight. presently my weight is 89 kgs.by profession i am an instrumentation engineer use to handle erection of process plants so use to do lot of work but still not able loose much weight. what is the raeson. is it hormonal disbalance? what should i do?

Thanks for posting your query.I have gone through your query.As you have mentioned that you have gain weight.I want to ask is weight gain sudden or gradual? Firstly I would advise you to get your thyroid profile check.Secondly keep your metabolism proper as weight gain and weight loss depends upon body BMR rate by eating well balanced food and practising yoga,meditation and walk daily.
Effective remedies for reducing weight are
Have aloe vera juice daily empty stomach.
Have low calorie food.
Limit the consumption of rice,potato,sugar,dairy products like ghee,cheese,paneer,butter.
Limit the consumption of fruits like mango,litchi,banana,grapes.
Take 1 tbsp triphla and 1 tbsp trikatu churn with lukewarm water.
Drink 1 teaspoon honey with 1 teaspoon lemon in a glass of water daily.
Few herbal medicines are also effective like medohar guggul,triphla churn,trikatu churn,arogyavardhini vati.
Start practising yoga as an as and pranayam for weight loss like
Naukasan
Pavanmuktasan
Bhujangasan
Sarvangasan
Halasan
Ushtrasan
Uttanpadasan
Kapalbhati
If your thyroid profile is within normal range,then you can follow above tips for reducing weight and if not then you can consult a specialist.
