Hi i do care for your concern. You are being treated for hyper thyroid condition. The drug you are taking will help to reduce the production of thyroid hormone itself. You have not mentioned your age and duration for which treatment is being taken. Usually it will take atleast six months to show results. The symptoms that you have mentioned is a mixed one, which indicates the fluctuating levels of hormone. You have not mentioned the lab results. If i were your treating doctor then i would suggest To increase the dosage of medicine and to have lab result with T3 T4 TSH levels also. Do consult your physician and get lab results done before altering the dosage. Hope i have answered your question, If you have more feel free to ask. Thank you.
