Hallow Dear,
I understand that you had your menses on 28 September and had unprotected sex on 4 October after which you took morning after pill within 72 hours. So your this intercourse has been well protected against the
pregnancy. In fact, it is very improbable for the egg to be present at this phase of menstrual cycle for fertilization. However, you had another sexual contact on 17 October after which you have not taken any morning after pill. Moreover, this period is Fertile Period for you. Hence there is good probability of pregnancy from this intercourse.
In your history, you had mentioned about pregnancy test on 3 October. I feel you have mentioned wrong dates; it could be 3 November. Since your menses were due somewhere around October end, November 3 could be too early for the pregnancy test to give reliable results. These tests are known to report false negative if done too early. The safest time for these tests is about a week after the missed period.
So you may now repeat the pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample after a week of missed period. Alternatively, you may perform
Beta hCG test on the blood.
If still your tests report that you are not pregnant, the delay in the menses may be attributed to the morning after pill which is known to delay the following period by few days to a week.
However, engorged and tender breasts after missed period do support the possibility of pregnancy. I would not give importance to weight gain as far as the diagnosis of pregnancy is considered.
If this is unwanted pregnancy for you, you may opt for medical termination of pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation.
I hope this helps you today.
