So used to eat alot of chocolate and fizzy drinks, sweets etc and hardly any water and I would weigh about 6.3 stone and recently (about 4 weeks) ive been doing exercise and drinking loads of I haven t drank a fizzy drink since and now I weigh 8.3 stone but im not fat at all I never was even when I was really unhealthy is there a reason why this is?
It is very good that you are currently exercising. If you are doing more strength training than aerobic, it is possible that some of the increase in weight may be due to an increase in muscle mass.
If you are using non low calorie fruit drinks then they would also have an impact on your weight.
