Okay, I'm 15 and I weigh 130lbs. I'm guessing a week and 1/2 ago, my nana said I didn't look good in a 2 piece. C'mon! No girl wants to hear that! So almost over night I've developed an eating disorder. I haven't been to a doctor at all. I don't want to eat because I don't want to gain weight. I exercise everyday and I'm still gaining weight. And I'm not eating much. Can u help me?

Hi thanks for posting your query.I have gone through your question and as you want to reduce weight I would like you to know that there are many factors responsible for gaining weight such as genetic,hormonal,environmental( diet,exercise,lifestyle ) and metabolic.Firstly get your thyroid profile checked to rule out hormonal problem if any.
Secondly follow proper diet and lifestyle changes for reducing and maintaining weight.
In Diet
Take aloe vera juice empty stomach in the morning.
Drink 1 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp lemon in a glass of water daily.
Take 1 tbsp triphla and 1 tbsp trikatu powder with lukewarm water daily once.
You can take few herbal medicines like medohar guggul,arogyavardhini vati,trikatu,triphla churn after consultation
Have a low calorie diet
Avoid rice,potato,sugar,ghee,paneer,cheese,butter in diet.
Avoid fruits such as banana,mango,grapes,litchi.
Drink green tea.
Doing yoga asanas like naukasan,pavanmuktasan,bhujangasan,mandookasan,kapalbhati would be effective.
Practise udvartan procedure under guidance of panchkarma expert.
Go for a walk daily.
Do power yoga and aerobics.
