What Causes Weight Loss And Pain In The Legs And Buttocks?

I am 53 years old for the past month I have lost a lot of weight and I have been having pain in both of my legs and my buttocks has indents as well. the pain has affected me in walking and sometimes travels down to my feet with chills and pain. I was told that I might be experiencing muscle lost due to my age.

Hello,

It may be due to muscular atrophy or muscle weakness or lumbar spondylosis or osteoarthritis or anemia etc.
Please get X-ray of lumbar spine and bilateral hip joints.
Use tablet Zanaflex twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
