What Causes Weight Loss, Constipation And Chest Pain?

HI I am 50 years old ,5'10" tall i am 135lbs. I have lost the fat tissues in my cheeks,I am very bony for the past two years i am losing weight and constipated although i am eating healthy. whenever i exercise , especially running my chest would start to hurt badly, i did the eco cardiogram and everything was clear no blockage. i did colonoscopy that was fine

Unexplained weigh loss always raises the question of an ongoing chronic disease condition that has not been identified. This associated with abdominal pain and constipation, I will suggest you follow up with a gastroenterologist. I would be happy knowing nothing has been identified after an exhaustive investigations and manage you for the symptoms rather than addressing the symptoms right away.
