What Causes Weird Sensation/feeling Inside Anus/rectum?
Hi. I am 22 years old male. I am having a weird sensation/feeling inside my anus/rectum. It is not a kind of pain but it really disturbs. It is really irritating as I am not able to focus on my work. and there is a very light pain in my lower back and a lump has developed there. I guess both are related(weird sensation and this lower back minute pain). please help
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history and understood your concerns. I think both the problems are different although may be connected a bit. 1. The pain, rather disturbing feeling in the rectum can be due to a condition called Proctitis and is a known entity. This can be diagnosed by colonoscopy and biopsy and treated accordingly. This can give the pain in the back. 2. You have a lump on the low back and this too can cause the pain in the low back. This may be a pilonidal sinus and get examined by a General Surgeon and get treated.. Hence get these examined, investigated and treated properly.
