Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1. Naprosyn can cause wheezing. If you think naprosyn causes/increases wheezing, I would suggest you to avoid it. It is also possible that other NSAIDs (like
ibuprofen,
diclofenac, etc) would also aggravate wheezing.
I usually suggest my asthma patients to use
paracetamol as safest drug for fever and pains.
2.
Levocetirizine usually does not cause wheezing. On the contrary, if you have nose symptoms like rhinitis also, I would suggest you to take an antihistamine like levocetirizine.
3.
High fever as a side effect is rare with both naprosyn and levocetirizine. I would not think high fever due to side effect of any of these medications.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish you the best of the health ahead.
Thank you & Regards.
