What Causes Wheezing With A Sensitive Chest?

hi im 20 y/o female, and my boyfriend tryed to choke me but when he heard me start wheezing he let go, my chest hurts amazingly bad when i take a deep breath and breath while laying on my back and my chest is also sensitvie to touch and its mostly my right side...why would this be? what should i do?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here according to history you have bronchitis with chest muscle strain.
For detail work up here chest x ray and pulmonary function test done....

Take rest for few days.
Soft and bland diet taken..
Avoid smoking if habit...
If inflammatory bronchial swelling present short term steroid use done.
If needed analgesic taken.
Avoid strenous activity for few days.
Avoid movement causing pain...
Hot compress can be applied.....

You can consult pulmonologist for physical examination with auscultation for further work up.
