my brother is having a problem of head whirling all the time specially when he speaks over mobile or talk to somebody. He is unable to speak now a days because of the problem.he has been to neurosurgeons but they are telling nothing is there.he has high blood pressure and now docs are telling that some fat is there in liver .some theiroid problem is also detected now.He is taking medicines for all these things for last 1 year but of no use.which specialist is the right one for him.please help.
