What Causes White And Yellowish Vaginal Discharge Post Postinor 2 Intake?
Hi, I had unprotected sex on 24th and I took Postinor 2 pills in 48 hours. And I had side effects such as headache, tiredness and now I m having vaginal discharges. It s more than usual and has a mild smell like sour milk. It s white-yellowish in colour. Is this normal, should I be worried?

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. This colored discharge is not likely to be due to the effect of the emergency contraceptive pill. It is suggestive of vaginitis. Your chances of conception are low since you were protected by the pill. Withdrawal bleeding is often seen after intake of the emergency contraceptive pill. The next natural cycle also may get delayed by a week or two. Please get further help from your health care provider. Hope this helps.
