What Causes White Blotches On Legs While Standing For Long Period?

Hi! Thanks for any help you can offer. My entire life I've gotten white blotches on my legs after standing for a period of time. Sitting down is the only thing that makes them go away. My legs don't hurt, itch, or anything else. Is this just something to do with my circulation?

I'm 21, 5'3 and 117lbs. I don't get a lot of exercise, but I eat healthfully. I drink solely water, and don't drink alcohol that often.

I suppose that's all the information I have that could possibly be relevant. Thanks again for your help!

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Standing for a long time, commonly edema could be seen, which could be due to increase vascular perfusion.
2. Color doppler of lower limbs is necessary to rule out any varicose veins.
3. Check if any veins are prominent around the white blotches.
4. Image of the white blotch, complete hemogram and color doppler investigation details necessary for further opinion.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
