i have little white bumps on my penis and scrotum i never realy noticed untill one got really big nd swollen with a white head on i popped the white head and a little bit of white gunk came out now its just a big red bump on the side of my penis. please give me advice as im seeing my girlfriend l8er and would like to tell her what it is without thinking its an sti thank you
