What Causes White Bump On The Inner Left Libia?

I have a white bump on the inner left libia I was wearing underwear that was too small and was pinching my skin, so I thought the bump came from that. The day after I discovered the bump it popped and now it burns when pee touches it. I had this problem once before again I was wearing underwear that was too small but it never hurt like this and it went away after a few days. Any ideas as to what it might be I would appreciate it.
