I am 49 years old, and for the past year, I have noticed white bumps on my face. Some are very small, but one is quite noticeable. I am not sure, could it be fat deposits? I have put on 20 pounds in the past year, and I have a problem with alcohol, low magnesium, and low platelets. Is this a side affect?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white bumps on the face which seems to be due to allergic reaction, could be due to improper hygiene and nutritional deficiencies.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply warm compresses several times a day. You should apply over the counter antibiotics and anti inflammatory cream , take benadryl twice a day and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. You should consult dermatologist once for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory. Maintain complete hygiene.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
