I have a few white bumps on my vulva. It burns very badly and there s an itchy/tingling feeling sometimes. It burns during urination and I seem to go more frequently than usual. I ve had bad headaches and stomach pain. There s always been a white discharge but now it is snot-like and yellowish. I feel pain just walking, sitting, and spreading my vaginal lips. I m guessing the white bumps are sores? What is this?
