Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, my son is 25 years old and has had Crohns disease for 15 years. He is on methotrexate and has been tolerating it pretty well for about a year. The last two weeks however, he has vomited once each time after his injection and he says there are small white chunks in his vomit. Any ideas what this could be from? He is seeing his GI doctor on the first of March, but I wanted to see if you might have an answer. Thank you
White chunk in vomit suggest some form of undigested material in vomiting. Some dairy product or any undigested material can give such appearance. The cause for vomiting could be gastritis.

What Causes White Chunks In Vomit?
Hi, White chunk in vomit suggest some form of undigested material in vomiting. Some dairy product or any undigested material can give such appearance. The cause for vomiting could be gastritis. So Rabeprazole plus Domperidone combination might be prescribed for that. You can consult your GI doctor for examination as per appointment. Hope I have answered your query.
