What Causes White Clumps In Urine Before Menstruation?
I have noticed over the past several months that right around the beginning of my period I find white, grape sized clumps in the toilet. I am not sure if it is from urine or stool. I believe I have seen it in my urine. I don t feel I ll, just normal bloating and cramps. I do notice an increase in rectum itching around this time as well. I struggle with fatigue on a pretty consistent basis and wonder if it has anything to do with what is going on in my body. Any suggestions??
I can understand your concern. Some women feel thrush/candida infection/fungal infection due to hormonal changes before periods known as menstruation thrush. As it is associated with anal itching, it is a more probable reason than anything else.
I would advise you to take Fluconazole 150 mg (Fole) once a day for 5 days. Keep the area clean and change tampons/pads frequently during periods. Avoid long hot tub or bubble baths and do not use scented soaps or perfumes in the genial area.
If it does not gi away in 5 days, consultation with a gynecologist for physical examination and further investigations is advised.
I hope this information helps you. Let me know if you have any other query.
