What Causes White Color Penis Discharge?

this white stuff is around the head of my penis i am not circumsized my girl friend and i have been making alot of sexual contact without lube eventually my skin got raw we did it alot i squeezed my shaft an could see red dots all over the head i think it was blood being pushed out but what i need to know is what this white stuff is an its not cemen when i pull the skin back it feels tight like it cant go out without stretching the penis

You need to clean your shaft more often. When you take bath just pull the foreskin back and clean it properly. This way the white stuff what you are referring to won't form on the penis and it will also prevent from any local infection.

The white substance is sperm, dust, urine, vaginal liquid etc. You should retract the foreskin and clean the area within the foreskin thoroughly daily. Otherwise, this could cause infection.
