Ok...so first i was just curious. cause I live in Asia and we use squatters instead of toilets so my poop sits in shallow water until i flush. Now i'm worried cause i looked it up....When I poop, there is teaspoon maybe a little more of white stuff comes out on top. It is white and creamy looking sometimes a little cloudy instead of white. Is this normal? I thought that it could just be mucus but now i'm confused. i'm not in pain and i don't feel sick. I have recently changed my workout routine and my diet. I'm eating more veggies and trying to drink enough water.
