What Causes White Covering In Vaginal Opening?

I have a strange hard white Tuma-like thing covering the opening of my vagina hole. I m a teenager, and a virgin and I ve had it for a while. I ve looked up pictures of healthy looking vaginas and where the hole should be on mine, is a white covering.
