Hi just wanna ask i have some white stains on my underwear after i got a mild erection. However, after 1 hour, the same stain appear again on my new set of underwear. They dry up and feels crusty on my underwear. I wonder if they are just pre-cum or infection. The last time i am sexually active is 3 months back and I was clear by local medical doctor for STI ( they say i got NGU and I was cleared by them during that time).
Hello I appreciate your concern Looking at your description this could be related to infection leading to urethral discharge or may be precum when you get sexually excited with prnography.
In my opinion you should go for certain invesgations like blood for hemoglobin CBC or liver function test and urine culture and sensitivity test
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene Have healthy and nutritious food Avoid smoking and drinking Please revert back to me if anything is not clear I will gladly answer you Best wishes
