Please i had an unprotected sex 2days ago and i took emergency contraceptive pills on that same day precisely 3hrs after the unprotected sex
But I've noticed some white discharge since yesterday and today and I'm in a dilemma so please helpe with some clarifications

Emergency contraceptive contains high dose of hormones. This sudden rise in hormones cause changes in vaginal mucus membrane to secrete white discharge in response. You just need to keep good genital hygiene to manage the thing.
