Hello dear I understand your concern Most common and cardinal feature of the pregnancy is absence of period. You did pregnancy test very early,at this time it give you false nagative result. Pregnancy test will give positive result 8-10 days after missed period. Vaginal discharge and vomiting are variable symptoms of pregnancy but should be accompanied by missed period. Fever, headache, cough and vomiting is due to mainly infection (viral and bacterial). I will advise you to repeat test when your period will delay by the 8 days from your expected period date. You can also go for blood HCG for accurate confirmation of pregnancy. Take tablet DAN-P, decongestant for fever and headche. So your symptoms could be confirmed by Blood HCG for pregnancy.
