What Causes White Dots Inside The Lower Eyelid?

Have 2 tiny white dot-type areas inside lower eye lid--not swollen or protruding. No abnormal discharge at night, slightly watery during the day. Not painful. Eye itches. Was on vacation at a crowded resort with hot tub/pool/ocean past week. ? What could this be? Contagious?

can be allergic conjunctivitis. apply neosporine eye ointment take tak tablevocetrizine 5mg in morning clean with sterile swab. it is not contagious. apply hot compression.avoid cosmatic
