Hi, Welcome to Heal th care magic forum. It appears to be due to the anemia, anxiety, infection of the internal ear, or some change in the heart,or blood like eosinofelia. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI and other tests for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, cifixime, and cinnerzine, and protein supplements till the diagnosis is established. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
