What Causes White Growth Inside The Nose?

I have had sinus infection for about 3 weeks. Have taken penicillin, maxifed, alka seltzer,saline spray afrin spray. My nose constantly runs with bloody green snot....now I have on inside of my nose a whit growth on side that middle of nose is....what is that please help I have no health insurance. At night fever and runny nose gets way worse than through out the day

Nose constantly runs with bloody green snot.- is an indication that the infection is still continued. You have also white growth and fever at night and no insurance.

The probable cause is fungal sinusitis causing all the problems, It is possible that you have diabetes or other associated problem which reduces the body resistance .

You need a course of an antibiotic, nasal decongestant, clinical evaluation and ENT endoscopy along with CT scan of the nose and sinuses.
