What Causes White-out And Breathing Difficulty?

Hi, ever since I fell off a horse last summer my vision goes completely white. I got a white-out after falling off the horse but that was just the shock or so I was told. Now, they come randomly and sometimes during them I can't breathe. Even though I'm breathing, I'm not getting enough oxygen or something like that. I'm breathing but I'm not getting anything out of the air.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having white outs or complete loss of vision lasting for few seconds and it is associated with breathing difficulty.
This indicates transient ischemic attack and the common causes for transient ischemic attack are hypo tension, hypovoelemia, carotid artery diseases...
Hence this requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
