sir, my age is 33 and I am a male. I am having an epididymal cyst on my left testicle since many years(It confirmed by ultrasound), Now I am not having any problem with it. Today while I was urinating, I noted my urine is white particularly at the end of the stream. I noted some small white particles in it while I put it on my finger. I am not having any pain or any other problem while urinating. After some time I again urinated but there was no such particles I found in the second time . Sir I am much afraid. Is it the symptom of any serious condition like cancer or kidney failure ? Please help me sir.
Passing white particles in blood is a debris resulting out of chronic irritation of bladder mucosa and in most of the cases is due to non bacterial Cystitis .
One thing I can assure you that this is not due to cancer of the any urinary organ or due to kidney failure .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
Take antibiotic like Norfloxacin twice daily along with urinary alkalizer .
Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute . Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
