What Causes White Patches On Left And Bottom Of Eyelid?

Hi Doc. I have slight white patches on the top of my left eyelid and a little bigger on on the bottom eyelid. It doesnt itch. What could this be? and What medication should I take? I have been to a dermatologist. They have prescibed different creams from time to time which hasnt worked. Please assist. I am 28 years old.

from your history it appears to be leukoderma. is it present in any other part of your body. thinking it Tobe leucodermaointment psoraline is to be applied and part exposed to-sunlight for 5 second and gradually duration increased to 1minute. sunscreen lotion may be applied around the area. be careful not to touch eye with it. since there is reaction with sunlight. if is more red or painful then stop it. slowly coloration will return.
