What Causes White Patches On Lower Lip That Bleeds Sometimes?

i have white patches on my lower lip for the last few months. i have tried anti fungal, anti bacterial,steroid ointments etc. the docs are not sure as to what it is. only on the outer aspect of lower lip. when i peel off the white membranous patches, its raw and sometimes bleeds; then gets pigmented.

You may please take a prolonged treatment with Tablet Vitamin C...for atleast 6 weeks. You have already taken antifungal treatment and also have applied steroids. I think may a times problems like you have get solved by correcting simple vitamin deficiency
