What Causes White Patches On Throat And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have small white patches on my throat and out hurts to swallow. This suddenly came on two days ago. I also have had a fever and pressure in my head. The fever and pressure seem to be going away slowly..but my throat is very sore. I have begun gargle with salt water. Any advise on further action?

Hi,

Better gargle with Betadine gargles will give you better protection. Other then that if your fever remains and pain, you will require antibiotics so check fever for 2 days.
