i have white patches on my tounge and penis head what is the cause ane treatment of both ? 4 year ago i sex haitian girl after one month patch comes on tounge and penis head i test hiv many times hiv spot, elisa third generetion 1 n 2 anti gen / anti body 1n 2 test result comes negetive or non reactive i test vdrl it is also negetive but i feel more stress and worry about yhis so sussges me what to do?

Simultaneous appearance of candida in these two areas usually happens if your immunity is low. And the most common cause is HIV infection. Have you taken the hiv test recently or is it 4 years back. It's not clear from your description. Anyway my advice is to visit your Physician and he will give you Clotrimazole ointment for application.
