What Causes White Pimple On Penis In Babies?

I have a 10 month old son who has a white pimple like bump right below the head of his penis, when his skin fold over (even though he s circumsized) the pimple goes into his pee hole. it s been there for about a week now and is starting to look red around it, is this something serious or just a pimple and nothing to worry about?

Hi,

This is probably a gland there getting infected. Try applying hot fomentation 2 times daily for 3 days and give paracetamol for any pain. If progressing, we might need antibiotic treatment.
