Good day, My 8 year old son has a white pimple on his testicle. It is approximately 2-3mm in siza and has a redish circle around it. He says its not painfull though. He also has what looks like two small whiteheads on the outer skin, bottom part (underside) of his penis. He also says its not painful. We were at a holiday resort last week where the kids swam in a heated pool every day. COuld it possible be a bacterial infection? The in-side of his penis is not red or swollen though.. Please advise as i m rather concerned as he s only 8! Thanks a mil
