What Causes White Skin Around Nipple?
Ok while doing my monthly breast exam I found that a freckle I ve had by my nipple has now a white ring around it? The ring is pretty much completely pale with my natural skin tone in some areas. A much lighter freckle has also formed right outside of it. What is it an more importantly should i tell My mom and get it checked

This is just the skin changes around nipple which is indicative of formation of areola region in growing years during adolescence when puberty is established. You would be in tanner stage 3.
