What Causes White Soft Cyst On Penis?

My 6 yrs old son has developed a white soft cyst on his penis ( in the middle ) under the skin. we did refer to a physcian but he has asked to consult a urologist. I was worried what it could be?, while searching on the net found that sometimes the natural secretions, white material collects and takes a shape of the cyst.

Hi...you are exactly right. This is collection of smegma underneath the skin and it is called smegmoma. Usually it will subside by itself. Sometimes steroid creams at the penile tip by stretching the skin will help open the tight skin there an help in its expulsion. After that you need to clean the penis regularly while giving bath by retracting the penile skin as much as possible.

I suggest you consult your pediatrician regarding this as the technique needs to be taught.
