What Causes White Specs In The Stool?
Hello, I was curious about something I've noticed. When I go to the bathroom and poop I've noticed these white specks in it. Not just in a concentrated area but throughout. Before that it was like a filmy thing where the specks were. I haven't eaten nuts or rice lately. I don't have any pain, I don't feel sick, don't vomit or anything.

White specs may be blobs of mucous or it may be a worm or undigested food.
If you do not have any symptoms means then don't worry. Get it stool examination is done and then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
