What Causes White Spot Inside Belly Button?

I'm 24 years old, 5 1/2 months pregnant for the first time and have a belly button that is slowly becoming an outtie. Over night I got a white spot inside my belly button and then this morning after having some breakfast I threw everything up. First time in 2 months.
