I have a very small white spot on my iris. When I have my contacts in, it does not bother me, but with my contacts out, it feels like there is something on my eye. Is this something I should worry about or is there something I can do at home to treat it?
you can not identify it in iris or cornea. it is to be examined by eye doctor to confirm it. however when its not giving you any problem you need not worry or any treatment is required.
