i have a touge ring.. and i've tooken it out for now, but i have this white spot on the side of my tounge, three little holes on mt touge which make it hard for me to eat or drink anything. my biggest worry if i have two lumps under my chin. one small and one is kinda big. what could it be?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain white spot on the tongue and three holes seems to be due to apthous ulcers as well as swollen lumps under chin seems to be swollen submental lymph nodes and is commonly due to infection in adjacent regions.. I would suggest you to take multivitamin supplements.. Do warm saline gargles.. Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine. Avoid hot and spicy food.. Drink plenty of water.. For lumps under chin you should consult a General Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and FNAC/Biopsy of the lymph nodes can be diagnostic.. In case if infection is ruled out antibiotics and warm compresses over the lymph nodes will relieve..
Hope this information helps.
